RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Any discrepancy/returns in the order received must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of the goods. If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed.

If an item has any factory defect, Knockouts Lingerie will accept return, exchange or refund for the resellers. Our goal is to ensure our resellers are happy with our products.

It’s very easy, simply login to our website and choose the products you want to order. We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box and a shipping label. Inside the box will be a packing list of the items you have ordered.
